Your little note to say....
Where do I write what I would like 'to say'? Please ensure you provide your little notes in the comments prior to check out. We hand write each little note for your loved one on our gift tags.
Create your own
I didn't add the 'create your own little gift' to my order, what will happen now? If you forgot to add this to your order and you want your little gift packaged and delivered in the kraft box will full packaging please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in adding this to your order. If you don't want the full packaging, don't add this item to your cart and we will just wrap the items in tissue paper and deliver with your note.
What is this? If you don't want to select the products yourself, not sure what would pair well together just pick your price and occasion, leave any notes before check out and we will do the rest to consciously create the perfect little gift.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders! The minimum spend on any order is $30.00. Please note that per Sendle's shipping requirements a street address (not PO Box) must be entered at checkout.
When will my order be sent? Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped or locally delivered (Geelong and surrounds) the next business day.
Where is my little gift? All deliveries are sent through Aus Post or Sendle. Once you have received your shipping email and tracking details all queries should first be directed to the relevant company as the item is out of our hands once collected.
Where do you ship from? Orders are shipped from East Geelong.
Stock & Products
What products do you stock? Having just launched we are slowly building our range of local products for him, her and baby. There will be more products added to the website in the coming weeks but if you are after something in particular that is not currently available, please email email@example.com and we will see what we can sort as close as possible in the meanwhile.
The price of an item seems a bit high then if I bought it in store, why is this? We've tried our best to factor all admin, packaging and shipping costs within the unit costs of each product so there is no surprise for you at the end.. what you see in your cart as you add your products is what you will pay, no extra cost for shipping in the final steps!
Can I return my gift? All purchases are final and we do not offer returns or refunds on any product.
If an item in your little gift has been damaged in the delivery process, please take a photo and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Details must be provided within 48 hours of the gift arriving for consideration of a replacement.
Gin & ThingsDo you have a liquor licence? As a small business, we are exempt from requiring a liquor licence as we fall under 'florist and gift services' with liquor only a small part of the products we have available. To help us ensure that we can continue to service in line with the regulations we ask you to please note:
- To purchase any liquor the purchaser and recipient must not be under 18 years of age.
- Liquor must not be purchased alone, and must not be more than 50% of the sale price. Please email email@example.com for any queries.
